    Featured in the August 1997 issue of Country Living magazine, this 1870 Connecticut farmhouse was recrafted to give the appearance of a Greek Revival dwelling. Impressive square columns, coffered ceilings and a gable outfitted with a window of Scot’s design bring Greek Revival spirit to the new, two-level porch.     “Historically, the bigger, more important rooms were at the front of the dwelling,” says Scot, who reversed that formula, and positioned the living room and master bedroom at the rear of the house for more privacy and a better view.
